I’m Emily, founder of THE FORM LAB

My path into Pilates was personal.
Through my own health journey, I discovered how powerful strength, alignment, and clarity in movement can be and how much more effective training becomes when you truly understand your body. What started as curiosity turned into commitment.
I trained consistently, explored studios internationally and deepened my knowledge through formal certifications.

With THE FORM LAB, I brought these experiences together.
A space that feels refined, but grounded.
Where Reformer Pilates is built on structure, precision, and long-term progress - not trends. But beyond the method, there is something more important.

Community creates impact.

THE FORM LAB is designed as more than a studio.
It’s a place where people connect through movement, grow with intention, and feel part of something consistent and considered -regardless of where they start. This sense of connection extends beyond the space itself.
Part of our work is to support selected animal shelters and welfare organisations - because impact should move further than the room you train in.
She believes movement can be a form of listening — not fixing. Her approach blends classical yoga with embodied anatomy, breath-led pacing, and soft strength. Over the years, she has guided hundreds of students into a quieter, more grounded relationship with their own bodies.

Magdalena teaches from a place of honesty and gentleness. Whether you’re attending a group class, a private session, or a retreat, her focus is always the same: presence over performance.

She continues to train with international mentors in somatic education, pelvic health, and mindful strength training — weaving this ongoing study into every class she teaches.

Emily
Emily's classes blend controlled strength with a smooth, continuous flow. With a strong foundation in Reformer training, she focuses on core stability, glute activation, and precise full-body work - always led by technique, never by momentum. Expect clean, intentional sequences where strength meets rhythm. Her teaching is calm and supportive, with a subtle, motivating energy. The space feels focused and light -challenging without ever overwhelming. Each class is built around alignment, control, and that slow, satisfying burn - the kind that stays with you. Her signature lies in controlled, steady work that targets deep muscles while still allowing the body to move with ease. Off the Reformer, her eye for detail is shaped by her background as a Hair & Make-Up Artist - refined, precise, and intentional.

Kati’s classes are built on clean technique, controlled power, and intentional intensity. Her focus on Abs & Glutes is paired with smart use of props - Pilates balls, light dumbbells, and ankle weights - always applied with purpose, never excess. Expect strength-driven sequences, precise cueing, and a rhythm that carries you through every repetition. The intensity is carefully calibrated so each movement lands exactly where it should. Strong technique, real muscle burn, and a sense of ease throughout. Her signature lies in slow, controlled movements that create deep muscular activation - occasionally elevated by small weights for maximum effect.

Martina’s classes are defined by controlled power, clean execution, and a subtle sense of ease. She focuses on deep, effective work through slow, intentional movement - with a clear emphasis on abs and glutes. Props like Pilates balls, ankle weights, and light dumbbells are used with precision, never excess. Every sequence is designed to feel purposeful, balanced, and quietly intense.
Expect precise cueing, a steady rhythm and a refined kind of burn that builds over time.
Her sessions feel strong, focused, and energising - without ever being rushed. Outside the studio, Martina moves just as intentionally: long walks with a good podcast, spontaneous dancing, and time to reset in the sauna.

Jacqueline’s classes are grounded, precise, and quietly energising. With a strong focus on Reformer and Mat Pilates, she specialises in lower-body strength, core control, and flowing sequences performed at a deliberate, unrushed pace. Her classes combine focused Booty & Core work with balance challenges that build strength, stability, and confidence - supported by good music and a warm, positive presence. Her signature: controlled Booty Burn sequences paired with balance-focused challenges that keep the body engaged and the mind present.

Luka’s classes are focused, athletic, and purpose-driven. With a strong emphasis on Reformer work, mobility, balance, and running-related stabilisation, his sessions are designed to build strength that transfers beyond the studio -into sport and everyday life. Luka creates a grounded training environment where control, precision, and breathwork come together to support sustainable performance. His approach combines stabilisation, mobility, and strength into intelligent sequences that challenge without overwhelming - always with long-term movement quality in mind.
