She believes movement can be a form of listening — not fixing. Her approach blends classical yoga with embodied anatomy, breath-led pacing, and soft strength. Over the years, she has guided hundreds of students into a quieter, more grounded relationship with their own bodies.

Magdalena teaches from a place of honesty and gentleness. Whether you’re attending a group class, a private session, or a retreat, her focus is always the same: presence over performance.

She continues to train with international mentors in somatic education, pelvic health, and mindful strength training — weaving this ongoing study into every class she teaches.

With a strong focus on Abs & Glutes, she uses props — Pilates balls, light dumbbells, ankle weights — purposefully and with restraint. Expect strength-driven sequences, precise cueing, and a steady rhythm that carries you through every repetition. Intensity is carefully calibrated so each movement lands exactly where it should. Slow, controlled movements create deep muscular activation, occasionally elevated with small weights for maximum effect.
